2008 PARADISE HORSEMEN’S ASSOCIATION RULES AND REGULATIONS
Children under the age of 18 must wear helmets when on arena grounds. (Helmets encouraged but not required for adults)
Riding boots must be worn when riding in the arena.
No horses allowed on the ball fields.
Please clean up your horse manure if anywhere on the gravel roads inside or outside the arena grounds. (Pile up under trees or bushes, DO NOT put manure in trash cans)
No horses in the snack bar/eating area.
Please clean up after your dogs.
Only current PHA members are allowed access to the arena. If a non-PHA member rides with you, they must first fill out a signed release (located in the mailbox next to the arena )and pay a $5.00 usage fee for the day. Slip completed form with the $5.00 under announcer booth door.
Do not give out the lock combination to anyone who is not a current PHA member. (If not for the existence of PHA, we would not have our arena. PHA leases the arena from the Park & Recreation District and our memberships help pay for this lease amount and for the liability insurance we are required to have)
Please clear the arena of all obstacles after you are finished.
Lock up the arena main gate, bathrooms and arena before leaving. The lock combination opens up all of these.
